SPH-OJ Oil Jacketed Auger Discharge Hot Box is powered by a Kubota diesel engine and a Beckett diesel burner system, and comes fully equipped with hydraulic top doors. The oil jacketed design eliminates hot spots, while keeping hot mix hot, and cold patch warm for hours. This heating system is also the premier heating system for reclaiming.

The STPH asphalt pothole patch hook mounted trucks are the perfect blend of durability, reliability, and operator simplicity. Offering the same capabilities as the other STPH patch trucks, the hook mount can utilize your existing fleet of trucks- We will build to accommodate most brands of hook lifts.

Stepp’s SSPH Slip-In Hot Pack Patch Body is designed to utilize your small truck fleet. This unit is very maneuverable with little manpower requirements, creating less operator fatigue. The oil jacketed design, along with the diesel burner system, will give you a smooth and even heating, creating a reliable, hot product. This unit is designed to lower your overall asphalt repair costs and requires no special set up or truck dedication.

Available in 75 and 125 Gallon—
The Oil Jacketed (double boiler) Asphalt Crack Sealing Kettle is used to melt rubberized crack sealing and water proofing compounds, and apply them to roads, parking lots, and bridge decks to repair and seal cracks. The OJK-V tar kettle is trailer mounted and completely self-contained, meaning it is capable of heating, melting, and applying all grades of rubberized asphalt crack sealer, joint sealants, and waterproofing compounds without the need for additional equipment. The submerged pumping system eliminates freeze-ups by allowing the pump to heat with the material, and a splash-free safety loading chute ensures safe operation; couple that with the heated overhead boom and auto-loading system, and you have the ultimate crack sealing machine.

The OJK-H tar kettle is trailer mounted and completely self-contained, meaning it is capable of heating, melting, and applying all grades of rubberized asphalt crack sealer, joint sealants, and waterproofing compounds without the need for additional equipment.
The Horizontal Crack Sealing Kettles are designed for high output jobs. Stepp Mfg OJK-H kettles have a patented heat exchanger system with fast heat up (full heat in under 60 minutes), and a replaceable combustion chamber for longer life. The submerged pumping system eliminates freeze-ups by allowing the pump to heat with the material, and a splash-free safety loading chute ensuring safe operation.

The SMP Mastic Patchers are designed to heat and apply mastic patch materials for crack filling, bridge deck transitions and deteriorated asphalt and concrete roadways. They are to be equipped with diesel heating systems with automatic temperature controls, and hydraulically powered heated placing augers. Higher temp oil jackets coupled with the double knuckle auger placing system outworks and outperforms the competition.

SBF Bottom Fired Kettles are designed to heat and apply various bitumens (AC’s and MC’s) and emulsions for crack filling, tack coating, and seal coating. They are to be equipped with your choice of propane or diesel heating systems with automatic temperature controls, and hydraulically powered pumping systems.
